Housing
For those asking what housing is for when home, not ownership, becomes the measure.
The Place To Stand
That no person should be made homeless by a system wealthy enough to house them. That shelter is not a reward for surviving the economy. It is a foundation of human life. That homes should not be hoarded while people are left without ground beneath them. That housing policy must be measured not only by prices, supply, markets, and investment returns, but by whether people can root, belong, participate, heal, and build lives within place. That the person without a home is not an inconvenience to be moved elsewhere. They are a life asking whether the system still knows how to make room. That communities need safety, trust, and care. And that these cannot be built by abandonment. They are built through shelter, support, responsibility, relationship, and belonging.
What I Stand For
A society where people can come home.A society where shelter is returned to Life.A society where every person is given enough ground to begin again.
